The Outreach Commission shall consider the following guidelines when evaluating a request:

3. Please attach or fill in a description of your organization. Include the date organized, mission, scope of services, the total number served by the organization annually, IRS 501 (c) (3) tax identification letter or equivalent, and a list of the current Board of Directors.

4. Please remember that funding will not be granted for the following: tickets, sponsorship, etc.; events or fundraisers; endowment funds; political organizations, campaigns and candidates; individuals for personal use.

Grants are awarded each January, April, July and October. Please note that grant applications are due no later than one week prior to the next Outreach Commission meeting, which are the first Saturday of each January, April, July, and October.
